The National Renal Office (NRO) is responsible for planning, co-ordinating and managing the strategic framework of Renal Services across the country. The NRO will inform the service planning process and the decision making process regarding allocation of resources for Renal Services and facilitate an integrated focus on priority areas of concern in relation to Renal Services.


The Irish Kidney Association is a charitable voluntary organisation founded in 1978. They are dedicated to meeting the needs of renal patients and their families and carers, living with and affected by end stage renal disease.
